Two newly developed gas devices in the Family Outdoor range of Sweden’s outdoor specialist Primus facilitate the inexpensive start to outdoor life. Frey Stove and Frey Lantern are two robust and efficient pieces of outdoor gear, which are easy to handle. They run on puncture-style gas cartridges, which are both cheap and easy to obtain in most parts of the world. In PRIMUS’ FAMILY OUTDOOR range (stoves, lanterns, a wide choice of cookware) simplicity, versatility, user safety, and a great value for money are the main objectives. Frey Lantern and Frey Stove are made of stainless steel, which makes them robust and very sturdy. A special safety mechanism prevents faulty operation: it is impossible to take off the burner with a mounted gas cartridge. Besides, three foldable foot-rests guarantee a safe standing.

The robust Frey Stove features an efficient burner, delivering up to 1500 Watts. A wide pot support holds both Italian style espresso machines and big pots.

Frey Lantern also indicates Primus technical know-how with its efficient and silent burner. The lantern with satined glass not only provides bright light up to 300 Lumen, it also offers cosy warmth during cold camping nights. It can be used on the table or hung up. The brightness is infinitely variable.

Its easy operation makes the Frey Stove and Lantern the perfect companion for family camping, picnics in the park or the balcony, weekend trips or long summer vacations in all parts of the world. Both models are available in shiny red at specialized camping and outdoor retailers from spring 2010.
